Does the check cost anything?
Free check, even if you don't know what is broken. We always discuss the possible solutions with you before we start.
Is the whole screen replaced?
With a crack where the device still shows a picture, we replace only the top glass layer where possible. If only the inside is broken, only the LCD. On some models the screen can only be replaced as a whole.
Which parts do you use?
There are three kinds: OEM (made by the manufacturer for repairs), refurbished (original parts that are reused) and AAA+ (from another manufacturer, colours can be slightly lighter). We discuss beforehand which kind suits your device.
How long is the warranty?
You get 6 months warranty on the new part we replaced. It does not cover scratches and other cosmetic damage from use or damage from drops, water, bending or pressure. Please note: your device's factory warranty may lapse when a non-authorised company opens it. We cannot guarantee water or dust resistance after a repair.
What should I bring or prepare?
Make a backup first. Keep your Apple or Google password and the device's PIN at hand, as the repair sometimes needs them.
