Which data?

When you request a repair: your name, your mobile number, your email address if you give one, the device, the problem and your preferred time.

Why?

Only to answer your request. You give your consent for this with the checkbox on the form.

How long do we keep it?

A request that does not become a repair, we delete after 180 days. If it does become a repair, we delete your name, mobile number and email address from the request itself after 180 days; the repair ticket is not covered by that.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Email us at the address above.
