Does the check cost anything?
Free check, even if you don't know what is broken. We always discuss the possible solutions with you before we start.
Will I lose my data?
When we replace a part, your data normally stays where it is. Still, always make a backup before you bring the device in.
What if more turns out to be broken than I said?
In rare cases an extra part is needed to make the device work properly. If that costs extra, we discuss it with you first.
Which parts do you use?
There are three kinds: OEM (made by the manufacturer for repairs), refurbished (original parts that are reused) and AAA+ (from another manufacturer, colours can be slightly lighter). We discuss beforehand which kind suits your device.
What should I bring or prepare?
Make a backup first. Keep your Apple or Google password and the device's PIN at hand, as the repair sometimes needs them.
